Early intervention peer support for persons who have experienced spiritual trauma or hardship.

Experiencing spiritual trauma is uniquely difficult in that it can uproot deeply held beliefs, including those related to self, identity, community, and connection to God. Christa is trained in critical incident stress management for individuals and provides short-term one-on-one care for adults who have recently experienced spiritual trauma or who have unprocessed spiritual trauma.

The goal for this work is to provide information regarding healthy coping strategies, discuss available therapeutic options with each person’s individual setting, and develop an initial plan that can help individuals begin to heal.

Christa approaches this work from a gospel-centered, inter-denominational, Christian perspective.
